What is a decant?

A decant is a smaller sample of a fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a travel-size vial or spray bottle. It's the perfect way to try a scent before investing in a full bottle.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 5-9 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, EFT, and other payment options available at checkout.

I ordered the wrong thing — what do I do?
