Return Policy

We want you to love every scent you order from Singa Scents. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Decants

Due to the nature of decants, we are unable to accept returns on opened decant orders unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number at hello@singascents.co.za and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
